It’s still too darn hot! The heat keeps rising as the days grow shorter. Is there anything that can cool us off?

I’ll be chilling out and spinning some cool tunes for yr ears this Thursday, October 18, at the Good Luck Bar in Los Feliz in my valiant attempt to beat the heat. If that isn’t enough, the bar also serves some frosty cocktails if that’s yr pleasure.

I’m gonna be mixing it up, trying something new, with my audio selections this month. Don’t worry. The same old mix of genres will be provided, just styled a little differently.

According to scientists and teachers and parents, summer is over. These are all lies. If the month of September has proved anything, it’s summer never really ends. It just keeps growing and growing, and maybe someday the entire year will be one long summer. I’m totally cool with that.

In preparation, I’ll be serving up some chill tunes for yr ears this Thursday, September 20, at the Good Luck Bar in Los Feliz in an effort to beat the heat. If that isn’t enough, the bar also serves some legitimately tasty cocktails for yr enjoyment.

As a special treat this month, I’ve asked Terry to concoct some of his choicest cuts for the 11 o’clock hour. He’s put together a Post-Modern Love Songs Dedication Hour, filled Indie, Soul, Classic and Shoegaze, blended with the themes of love and heartbreak for you to devour. Unfortunately, you can’t drink these out of a coconut.
